We focus on data-driven processes with an understanding that we are not robots; we are humans that live in real life. Accountability & check-ins come at the frequency you prefer.

We start by understanding where you are now vs. where you want to end up. Our 5-step process is built around your intensity, drive and availability. We simply reverse engineer your vision back to where you are now. Giving us the ability to set sustainable, realistic goals that are both trackable and repeatable.


what does our performance nutrition coaching look like?

Our starting point is the performance nutrition intake form. This is where we establish goals, timelines, and expectations. This form provides us with enough information for our team to build you macro guidelines according to your goals. As well as macro & micro cycles for your journey.


food preferences

The goal isn’t to make you miserable during this process. It’s to give you a plan that is full of nutrient dense, whole foods that fill you up and that you enjoy eating. The only program worth using is the one you are able to stick to.

This is where the rubber meets the road. We aren’t going to give you a plan and then high tale it out of there. We are here to help you understand how to shop, cook and prep these meals in the most efficient way possible. Giving you a detailed map towards your goals.

accountability


We work around your schedule. We know you’re busy and the last thing you want is one more thing on top of all the daily grind. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly check-ins are available. The best way to achieve any goal is to have accountability. We also understand everyone is different, and some want (or need) more than others.

revamp conversation


Once we make it 8-12 weeks in, it’s time to look at the data. Reviewing our current progress, bumps in the road, and what’s working great is how we continue to see success. This is the time to pivot, redirect or charge ahead.
